Welcome to the 3rd Ethiopian Fall Festival which will be held on Sunday, October 8th, 2023 in Alexandria, VA. We are thrilled that you want to a be part of making our festival a special event for the community. Please complete the online application at your earliest convenience. Last year vendor space was 100% sold out, so we encourage you to apply soon.

  • September 16, 2023- Application Deadline at Regular Fee

  • October 1st, 2023 - Late Application Deadline with $50 Additional Late Fee

  • After October 1st, 2023- Applications received after October 1st, 2023 will be placed on a waitlist and will be only considered based on space availability. NO onsite registration.

  • If you are a non-profit, there is a 50% discount on the vendor fee.
