ለኢትዮጵያውያን ድጋፍ ሰጭ ማዕከል ዋና ተልዕኮ ለኢትዮጵያውያንና ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን አስፈላጊ ድጋፍ በማድርግ ሁለንትናዊ አቅማቸውን ማጎልበት ነው።
ባህላዊ ቁርኝትን እናስፋፋለን፤ማሕበራዊ ትስስርን እናጠናክራልን። በተጨማሪም የማሕበረሰቡ አባላት በብሩህ አእምሮ የታነፀ እምቅ ችሎታቸውን እውን እንዲያድርጉ ሁልጊዜ እናበረታታለን።

ራዕያችን የኢትዮጵያውያን ባሕላዊ እሴትን ያገናዘበ፣በመረጃ ላይ የተመሠረተ፣ የነቃ ተሳትፎ የሚያደርግ ብሎም ለማህበረሰቡ ትርጉም ያለው አስተዋፅኦ ማበርከት የሚችል ጠንካራ ሕብርተሰብ መገንባት ነው።
