2022 VENDOR APPLICATION
We would like to invite you to the 2nd annual Ethiopian Fall Festival which will be held on Sunday, October 9th, 2022 at Joseph Hensely Park from 12 to 7 PM.
Over one thousand festival goers participated at last year's first Ethiopian Fall festival held in Alexandria, Virginia. Attendees were treated to the rich culture of Ethiopian food, garments, and music. Because of your attendance, the festival last year was a success. And with your participation, we would like to make this year's festival better than last year's. This family-friendly outdoor event showcases Ethiopian American's culture/traditional heritage, through food, and arts, which will be available for sale by several vendors participating in our event. The festival is free to the public with no entrance fee.
The goal of the Ethiopian Fall Festival is to bring communities together and to promote cultural exchange and diversity. Our fees for vendors are set at below the market price and one of the lowest rates for a festival of similar sizes. We encourage vendors to offer unique products, art, and services relevant to the African diaspora to promote the cultural experience to the Virginia community.
To apply to be a vendor this year, complete the following application below ASAP as our vendor space is limited. The application deadline is September 15, 2022 but the application will remain open per availability until October 1st, 2022 with a $50 additional late fee.
